Apologies for my ignorance on this subject, but is a provider able to have her profile taken off at her request?  If so, I guess that could because of retirement, bad reviews, or any reason at all?  Just curious.

But since her website is down too, that would indicate she chose to do so. She just posted on the NY board like 10 days ago or so. Just hope she is ok.
