S 230.00 is the code .It is a class b and it is 500 and if it was not your first time it would be 3 months in jail if the judge decided to do that that is for the girl i do not know what it is for the guy as i never looked that one up ,I am not a guy lol  as far as imagining the mentioned , family etc  lol yeah i have been outed now 5 times i have a pretty good idea of what it is like. are you new????When i came into this i needed to know what the risks were, these are numbers from  ny state .I do not make these up as i go along .You too can google this info ..It is readily available to anyone who wants it.No magic involved here whoever i do believe the punishment is differnt if we get busted from the FBI who is on the case of the serial killer and so there is a possibility of not being abke to go under ny state laws at this time and insyead it be federal....Not a great look either .As far as the embaresment i can tell you , you get over it ,I did .You do not need to get busted BTW to experience this sadly..I am a prime example of that no legal bust but my family did find out ... ...please don't be a stirrer .. the facts are available you are assuming here i am showing the actual legal  risks .For me as I am not an agent or pimp 500 possibly 3 months .Typically the girls do not go to jail for 3 months...You have some reading to do:)  .Lianna

Veterans,

Are visiting providers generally safer than local providers?  Assuming they are well-reviewed, can I assume that the likelihood that a visiting provider has been flipped is lower than the likelihood that a local provider has been flipped?  In other words, does LE ever set up stings with flipped providers in a different state from the one in which the provider was flipped?

I would never assume anything in this hobby, and I will tell you here exactly what I would say had I seen this on the Newbie Board.  Seeing well-reviewed ladies will generally minimize your risks of encountering LE when hobbying, but the risk is never zero.  This applies to both locals and visitors.  Ancillary issues with LE while hobbying such as getting tickets and DUI check-points are of greater risk in my experience.

This and other related questions and topics have been covered ad nauseum on the Newbie Board...

How much trouble  realistically do you suppose a girl could get into getting a citation for working??
Exclude if you would embaresment as one of the punishments and talk dollars and cents ...its 500 in ny . 500 .. OK so 500 and she is willing to turn on you and throw away a pretty darn good paying job being as no one would ever book her again .So she will to avoid a class b misdemnor  and 500 dollar bill and save herself what?? To help them and hurt you she will gain what again ? 500 dollars ..Possibly this hobby is currently out of your comfort zone is what I am left thinking .Good luck to you ,Lianna

Cant say better then that . May be provider will flip only if she just got in to the biz and was not carefully with clients she choose . thats prob be only the case .

women (and men) "flip" to keep themselves out of the paper. Can you place a value on their family and friends finding out? Being immortalized forever on the net? In some cases its also to keep their citizenship, or various other reasons. It has little or nothing to do with the fine.If you see someone's name in the paper you can bet they did not flip, its the others you have to worry about. And "flipping" is helping LE in exchange for whatever you are trying to avoid.

As a guy it is double the fine $1000 and 1 yr in jail possible although again i have not heard of any guys ever going to jail for a year for this , maybe someone somewhere has.I would love to hear about it if it ever did happen , I am not being sarcastic here ..Again I never heard of it ..But it would seem a guy has a lot more to lose finacially as well as the your stated fear of being exposed we as girls are already immortalized as you put it forver on the net as we have sites, pics and reviews. We know coming in we take risks like these and other risks which these days have been really very apparent in the lost and then found girls out on the beaches here on LI I find this to be a much bigger deal and fear for me personally at this time. .

As a hobby guy i suppose it is also important for all of you to weigh your risks and decide if they are worth it to you.We as providers I would hope the girls already have considered these things .I know I have ..I live with the hope that nothing bad does happen I also am aware hope does not cement my saftey or yours.

The fact the info you provided is inacurate and you do not have anything supporting your statements... Lianna, don't think you can be charged with a federal crime unless there is some very unusual circumstances, like transportation across state lines (Spitzer's problem).  If it was a local thing then it will only be subject to the state jurisdiction.

The fine though that you mention though does not cover legal expenses, which can easily run  to $5,000 - $10,000.
