When I post a review I want to make sure it gets matched up with the right person if they already have any existing reviews. Phone numbers change, website advertisements go up/down get changed, or any other number of things might make it hard for the moderator who actually matches things up.

I've gotten in the habit of putting the providers TER number next to her name, to make it easy (no need for double work). Is there a better more preferred way? Is there a way that makes it easier for the mods? Do you have a different solution?

Even though there SHOULD be, there is no data field for entering an existing TER ID.

TER Admins say it's fine to add the ID to the Provider's Name field. I usually add it to the General Info ("This is a review of Name, ID ### ...") or say that it is someone who is not yet reviewed (so they don't mistakenly match it up to someone with the same or similar Name).

Isn't this more of a Q for Newbie or General?
