But is there really such thing as the ultimate sex workout? “Sex burns a few calories, but frequent friskiness isn't going to replace the gym,” says Williams.
If sex doesn't really count as your primary form of exercise, why not exercise for better sex? According to a study in the Electronic Journal of Human Sexuality exercise frequency and physical fitness enhance attractiveness and increase energy levels.
