You would think that they would have given you the courtesy of an explanation.

Hopefully there was a good reason but I had a frustrating experience with one of the new agencies (pristinecompananions) on Thursday.  Booked a confirmed appointment with Allison that morning, showed up to the hotel that afternoon and no one picked up when I called the two numbers, texted them and e-mailed them.  Still haven't heard back 3 days later on why the MIA.  Anyone else have the same experience or was it just bad luck on my end?

Have to agree. Good communication is critical.
