So I was reading and seen talk of meet and greets that happen in the city sometime, I was wondering how does one find out about them or where to look for upcoming events

These are very discreet and by invitation only. There is a M&G Board here for them. You must be screened in the same manner as a provider screens you.  This is for everyone's safety and there have been issues in the past.  From your number of reviews, my guess is you don't have enough of a "footprint" in this game to qualify for an invite.  But if you stick around for a while, generate more reviews, get references from known providers and a presence on the board you may be able to qualify.
For the record, I am NOT the person running these events and am not connected with these M&Gs except as an invited guest.  Sorry, but I will not give out his handle so please don't PM me for more info.  Discretion requires me not to respond.  That said, if you know how to do your homework you can probably figure it out.  But without an adequate "resume" it won't help.  And I don't even know what the host's screening criteria are, but I imagine three solid provider references and/or P411, Date-Check membership wouldn't hurt.
