Haven't been there in a while, but the West Garden Spa was really nice -- clean and well-kept, multiple saunas and a steam room, and the women give really good massages. I don't know that anything beyond a standard happy ending is available there, but if that's what you're looking for it's worth a shot.
Been to a few and the facilities are very basic. Perhaps I am spoiled going to massage parlors in Canada but wondering if Manhattan might have one high end place? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
