Couple of days ago, I had bad experience with one of the providers. I wanted to share this with other members on this board so they are aware of this NCNS provider. What is the best way to report? Is there a specific thread in TER? I saw one place for "Rip Offs" not sure if NCNS can be reported there since the meeting actually didn't took place. After she confirmed multiple times I reserved a hotel in NYC. She said she will do out-calls only and asked me to book a hotel. Then she didn't respond to my e-mails and she didn't came to hotel. She is well reviewed provider and she advertises here in New York and Washington DC Ad Boards. I want to share my experience with her with fellow hobbyists.  

I reserved the room after she confirmed multiple times. Hotels in NewYork city are not cheap. I had to pay for the hotel unnecessarily because of her. That spoiled my whole day. I have been trying to see her for a while now.
She confirmed and then cancelled four times. This is fourth time. First three times it was for in-call and she called in the last minute and gave some reasons to cancel. Now I am doubting if those reasons are really true.  

1. First time I came all the way to New York city from Connecticut after she confirmed then she said there is some problem with the elevator in the hotel and it requires key to enter. I said OK and went back to CT.
2. Second time she confirmed first and then on that day of the meeting she said she fell sick.
3. Third time was last Thursday she said she is free the entire day and can meet anytime and then I picked 3.00PM she later asked if we could do in the morning. I said fine and changed to 11AM and then she said she had to vacate the hotel by 12 can't do and then I asked if 10.30AM would work and she replied that she had to leave and go back to Washington DC. She suggested that we can meet this week.  I still did not say anything. I thought stuff happens that is fine. I told her that I will see her in a week's time when she comes back to NYC again.
4. Fourth time I saw her ad in TER and contacted her to meet this Friday(5/15). She said she can't do in-call but will do out-call. After confirming multiple times I reserved the room on Friday and she didn't come. I had to pay for the hotel. She should have at least send an e-mail. I sent multiple mails and she didn't care to respond.

Any suggestions on how to report such incidents?

Since you mentioned that she posted an ad on TER, just tell us what page number on the NY ads board her ad is currently listed under, and we can figure out who she is.  No need to mention her name directly.  

BTW, you should not have given her this many chances.  Unless I had previously met her at an M&G, I would have probably moved on after the first failure.  Elevator key issues could have been overcome had she been motivated to do so.

I noted the date you mentioned that prompted your post.  What a night that was in DC!  

I got an e-mail from the provider offering apologies. It seems she was under stress and overslept the whole day missing her appointment. She offered to pay me for the hotel expenses. I am not taking money for the hotel expense, I accepted her apology and moving on.

How convenient thalt you heard back from her just now. And after bitching about the money, you didn't even take her up on her offer?
I could understand if she were in an accident or something. Let me ask you this. If you had overslept and missed the appointment what do you think would've happened?
I'm just saying we all need to be professional; compassionate when appropriate, but professional.
If she really blew you off as you say 3 times prior and managed to oversleep this past time, she's either sloppy about how she runs her business or has no respect for you personally.

She is a kid in college and started this hobby recently. I know most of these youngsters stay late till wee hours and don't get up before noon. My appointment was at noon. So I am giving her a second chance to organize herself a little better

Oh, she's a kid? I hope you don't mean that literally. But, let me ask you this, does she charge grown-up provider rates? If so, she should be held to the same standard.
Fine, even if she's just a silly kid who overslept the appointment, what's the explanation for her not reaching our to you to explain or even responding to your messages? Are you even thinking with the big head here?
Actually, my beef isn't even with her anymore. It's with you for making all clients look like suckers.
She probably passed on you for a client with an actual spine, and rightly so.
Please, next time, just spare us. You're making a complete fool of yourself here.
