Many women don't take last minute appointments, or can be hard to reach for short notice.

So, by posting an "ad" he lets the women that are available come to him.

However, I don't think that works very often.

I like when gentlemen post that they're available. I just wish we had a more "live"

Feed of communication to the guys to let them know that we are available. (Aside from twitter of course).
