Theme days require photos which you will never post newb, so what is your agenda? Your post is disingenuous.

Schedule it a week or 2 in advance and encourage a fun little photoshoot during a session.

Alot of gents like thigh highs...why not a Thigh High Thursday?  Also, sexy shoe Saturday or Fuck me shoes Friday?

I personally would love to see more theme day threads however they have to be started by a local provider.  I am planning on traveling up that way and would love to post more photos, especially since I just some new ones yesterday.
