Julies case has been moved from the lower court in NY County (Criminal Ct) to the Supreme Court in NY County.
She has been indicted for only one count at this point: PL 230.25- Promoting Prostitution 3rd degree. A "D" felony.
Seems the other original counts involving minors under 16 and under 19 yo are not PRESENTLY being presented (meaning she has not been rearraigned in Supreme Ct under those other two charges.

Just keeping everyone posted with public information that is accessable to all.

Seems her next appearance is March 8th NY County Supreme Court.  These are all public records that are accessable through the internet.  No secret information here  Any matter before the courts is public information, a right granted us through the US Constitution (to prevent secret trials, all court actions are open to the genral public for viewing).
Thats democracy at work.
