I have encountered another board that is total shilling - from the reviews, to the false advertising,  fake pics, copy and paste TER comments and reviews and the same hobbyists over and over using aliases who it appears by the shilling sees 15 providers a day.

...then don't go there.

There are reviewers on TER that review under their name and an alias.  That is a fact, not an opinion.

Every site, including this one, has all the bad things that you describe.

Yes there is a choice to make; if its something you don't wanna do then don't go there.

That site may not be as good as this one but if you know what you're doing you can find some great gals there.  I've used it to meet several of my all-time favorites.  Like any site, including this one, you need to be able to separate the wheat from the chaff in terms of which reviewers are worth their stripes.

I'm not familiar with the indies or reputable agencies, but the kmp scene runs thick with tt. It's work to filter out the bs, a reviewer that posts with a history is the one I would pay attention to, especially if not all reviews are spectacular.

Not only for the fact that there's a high percentage of provider postings are real and the hobbyist are real - also because I simply like the navigation and interface of TER better than other sites...

That can be found on any and every board. You have to really take everything you read with a grain of salt. This board is awesome and that board is too especially for the east coast.

Basically the advantages of TER are more than the disadvantages. You get real postings and hobbyists. And for reviews you can read through and make a choice. Its an excellent database
