See these old threads for Q&As and views on lactation and induced lactation. We normally associate lactation with the time after childbirth. However, even women who have never given birth can induce lactation. If you are REALLY REALLY devoted to this, you can try to find someone who would be willing to prime the pumps for you in return for some sort of consideration (probably money).

We live in NYC and you think we'll have it all. Yet it's super difficult to find lactating breasts. What gives? Any recommendations or we have better luck winning the Mega Millions?
