What about this other hot-looking duo, Lisa and Bella? . . . Anyone?

What's with these hot-ass duos popping up all over the place?  These two have a couple of reviews but from inexperienced reviewers.  They are very responsive via text.  Can anyone shed light?

reason they say on the ad "reception is IFFY" send text. There are some text apps, that looks like a cell number. It cannot be used to make calls (talk).
I did a search, it is not a cell phone.
