Hi hon,  

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, and to my surprise, they have been less than helpful. I have explained to them how I was able to immediately ascertain that this review is fake. I even emailed the reviewer by PM. I am hoping that by bringing attention to this issue they will see that I am confident in my assessment that this review is a fraud. Oddly enough, the review is not bad...  but it is not real and it should not be on the site :(
