Do you think that writting & sumbitting a review after over a year has passed when you sessioned with the provider only to receive free TER membership is ok?

I don't because, obviously after over a year your memory if the entire event could be cloudy & is there a rule somewhere that says TER has a time limit to submit a review?

i think a 3 month limit should be enforced

But you know what they says about rules changing, and being meant to be broken.

3 times with no luck & he created a whole new TER profile when I already have 1 with over 30 reviews.

Why & weird to say the least?

[1] Pretty sure it is against TER rules.

[2] A review of a lady one saw months earlier is unfair to the lady as well as the hobbyist. A lot can change in a year...good and..uhhh...not so good.
