Yes, you should have gotten some of your money back. What you described happens from time to time. Or the provider just wants you to fuck them and not kiss and touch them anywhere else. The elephant in the room is what do you do if she doesn't give it to you. If the provider is not "independent" then you can plead your case to her "boss." Most "Bosses" want to keep the clients happy and want them to return. The thing is most times we don't know if they are independent or not. If the provider is independent then continue to plead your case. If she doesn't give you your money back then use these message boards because no provider wants to have a bad reputation. Honestly, you should out her because if she did that to you, she could be doing it to other guys. Other than the message boards and pleading your case, we as clients can't really do anything if the provider decides to stiff us.
