Does that mean that he and a friend of his (his golf buddy, his mechanic, his boss, ...) are looking for a willing lady?  

Or does he mean "a lovely lady" and HER friend

Me and my friend are looking for a willing lady someone who gets into it and enjoys is as well

 
I notice that you have reviewed some ladies that that operate in a shared incall (JONY; GC).  It might be easier to arrange something there.  For ONE lady to place herself in the company of TWO complete strangers it might feel a lot riskier for her than the frequent 1-on-1 meetings.  At JONY/GC, there are comrades to provide a more secure and comfortable environment for her and that might mean she can relax and provide a better experience.  And, for you and your friend, if you want to call in reinforcements (MMFF, MMFFF, MMFFFF), they are right there!
