This matter has already caused me mental anguish and emotional distress. Nonetheless, I am going to have this matter resolved.

Whether is agency and individual. I wish you the best and I hope everything get resolved quickly! I hope nobody patronizes the agency doing this, it creates bad rep for other agencies or group of individuals.
