So far I have 1 independent review, but she is limited in her English.   She doesn't know how to reference me, I always go to her because it is hard to see independent study when they cannot screen me.

The most important and easiest way is by her giving you a reference. However,
it is really up to the lady you desire to see to send her an email asking for the
reference.  It really is pretty easy but I would for sure give the new lady
the scoop.

Also...try and find a lady that is newbie friendly.  There are ways we can do this
but not every lady will accept it. You should check out the ad board and also
the ladies website.
