Hi, I posted my views on this awhile ago but I will do so again. I am new to this but for the most part I would not consider an agency. It seems much more impersonal and more expensive. Unless I am missing something, with an indy you pay once. With an agency you pay twice. The agency fee and the tip to the girl. With an agency, from what I hear, at an outcall they have to check in and receive a call after an hour. Not so with an indy.
I believe most agency rates are complete. A client can tip if they want to, but it is not mandatory. Unless you visit an incall massage studio where the girls work strickly on tips, an indy/agency rate should be complete. Some clients choose to tip indys as well as agency girls. As far as the escort calling in after the time is up, that is something that cant be helped. It is partly for security reasons and to make sure everything went well.
If the agency takes good care of both thier clients and employees, you should recieve a high quality session with the escort of your choice. It really depends on the agency you use. How is thier reputation? Do they treat thier clients and employees well? Are they known for bait and switch? Are there hidden costs? Most bad agencies eventually are exposed, thanks to boards like TER. I have heard agency horror stories. Yes many are rip offs. However, you can find good agencies right here, just do your research. Do thier escorts get reviews? Are they known for bait and switch? Do they treat thier girls right? If the agency treats thier employees well, chances are they will treat you well also.

For the record, I would say that from what little I have heard about your agency ( as well as you ), it has been mostly good and your reputation is also good. If I ever were to chose an agency, yours would be one of the few (Belle De Jour being the other) that I would consider. While it is said that "tipping" is not mandatory, from what I gather, it is expected and a provider would be pretty upset if she wasn't tipped. In a way, I wouldn't blame her. That is why for the most part (other reasons mentioned previously), I would prefer the indy route. Be well and thanks again for the intelligent reponse.
A small agency (like New York Jewels) is the type of agency with the independent service. To date, all of the girls I've have been with were worth the donation and, of course, the tip.
if she can give me three cups (I only book 2hr appointments) I'll give fifty to seventy five. If I've seen her a few times and the same track record still holds I'll tip $100.
I feel that most ladies are OK with $25 to $50. But to say "it depends" is an understatement.

It seems to me tipping her is kind of like paying her twice since she is the agency. Perhaps I'm mistaken but that is what it appears. So, with the $75 extra tip, in additiona to the agency fee, it appears that most agencies wind up costing a minimum of $100 more than the indy's unless you see one of the expensive indy's in which the cost is comparable.
