Let's get this straight. You are angry that we DIDN'T recognize that Doobie Brother WAS scriptfixer, before all the hullaballoo about NYCon's outting of a clien;and yet, you were outraged when Frankie outted scriptfixer as Doobie Brother. Which is it? Or should it be, who is it?
Jason of NY Confidential is my friend. He is not my employer or business partner; nor does he know any dirty little secrets about me; nor does he have photos of me giving it to Babe the Pig up the pitooty. He has not threatened to kidnap my family and bury them alive, nor has he said he's gonna call Marsellus Wallace to send a "coupla hard, pipe-hittin' n-----s who'll go to work on" me with "a pair of pliers and a blow torch... and get medieval on (my) ass." (Thanks, Quentin) Jason is my friend because he has treated me fairly, always looks me straight in the eyes without one eye straying to the bottom line of his ledger. He is a man of his word and has always come through for me and rectified any misunderstandings or screwups without any finger pointing or blame. That is the simple truth.
1. I do not shill for NY Confi, but I do have a close relationship with them because I have done so much business with them. They have been good to me and treated me very well, and as a "friend" I felt motivated to post some words in their defense. I hope any of you would do the same for any business who has treated you fairly and respectfully. I am not remunerated in any way, shape, or form, nor am I given freebies for my posting my feelings about NY Confi. It's simply doing what I feel is the right thing to do.
2. Did NY Confi screw up over the issue with Seguy? I'm not privvy to all the details and circumstances, but they very well may have. But who hasn't? We've all screwed up at one time or another in both our personal lives and business lives. Apparently, NY Confi tried to make it up to the client, but the client probably saw himself in a postion of power and leverage and was pushing for all he could grab. When that tactic failed, he decided to air his dirty laundry publicly and began a war of words.
3. Jason is an attorney and I was able to read between the lines when mentioned "attorney-client" privilege. Having grad uated law school, he isn't naive enough to think any true "attorney-client" privilege exists between client and agency. What I understood it to mean, and he has since clarified it himself, is that as an attorney, he treats the relationship between his agency and its clients as if it were an attorney - client relationship and that information will never be revealed. It was probably a quickly thought up response and posted in haste.
4. Jason never threatened to expose Seguy's true name, but if he is going to make egregious public statements about the agency, he should do so with his real TER handle so that people can judge the veracity and validity of his complaints against his review history.
5. As far as NY Confidential's claim their escorts have never escorted before, I believe he was speaking in general terms. Of course, some of them have escorted before. But for the most part, he tries to recruit new talent. At 19 years of age, how long do you think Samantha has been in the business?
6. This is a competitive business and any legitimate and ehtical way the agency can promote themselves, whether it be having contests, is just as reasonable as if any other business did so. The members who complain the loudest about the contests seem to be the ones who don't bother submitting entries. NY Confi is relatively new and has to find a way to cut through the clutter of all the other agecies who are well established in New York.
7. How this incredible backlash toward NY Confi is appearing to be fueled by people who cannot afford the prices they charge. If you don't want to do business with NY Confi, then by all means take your business to another agency or one of a thousand Indies without spewing bile and negativity in your trail. This is supposed to be a fun forum for hobbyists has become a bloody massacare of words.
8. If you want to call me shill l for NY Confidential, then so be it. I will wear the badge proudly. I have nothing to prove to anyone, nor does it really affect my life one way or another what I am labeled.
Happy Hobbying to one and all.
Let the TER members decide for themselves.
ABSOLUTEY!!! IT IS TIME TO MOVE ON.
Thanks for telling everyone on the board that Doobie Brother is my alias. You are such a hypocrite. You bust Jason's nuts because he was pointing out that Seguy was posting his bitching and whining under an alias (never threatening to expose his real identity). But now you go on this board and tell everyone what my alias is. You are a total hypocrite. Instead of hiding behind an alias, why don't you tell us your real TER handle so we can see what kind of dime-store providers you visit. Perhaps that's your complaint is with Jason and NY Confi. Maybe you're too cheap to spend any money for quality providers and all you want to do is blow your load in any hole you can find. Got news for you. You can use your hand and it won't cost you a dime. And at least it will be sex with someone who loves you.
the one that asks who is the smartest provider. You posted as
an alias and then you slam someone who replied to your post
with your real id.
What's more...
1. Everyone who has posted in this thread (so far) has posted
with their real id (not an alias) including myself.
2. Seguy mentioned his real id in the original thread. Take
a look and see. Everyone knows what his real id is.
3. I have no beef with NY Confi. I've used them before.
calm down, take a deep breath, and move on

Almost verbatim to your review.

Scriptfixer, both you and Jason may be very intelligent, or you may both be idiots - I neither know nor care. But the two of you do share one common trait - you both post first, think later.
Frankie did NOT reveal that doobie brother was an alias of yours - YOU revealed it! All Frankie did was point out something that was obvious to anyone with half a brain.
Just to be clear: (1) doobie brother made a post in the "smartest NY provider" thread; (2) The Invisible Man posted a reply to that post; (3) scriptfixer later posted "Invisible man, _I_ said STEPHANIE. . ." (emphasis added.)
So who was it that revealed your alias?

say what?
He's told everybody already and I'm sure his mother.
Baddabing!
Wrong Tony, I haven't told my mother. She doesn't know about my "hobby." But I think I saw your mother's
spread- eagle photos on the "half-price escorts" website. (When people start bringing in other people's mothers into this, the gloves come off., so tread lightly.)
And enough with the "Baddabing" shit already at the end of your postings. It wasn't funny or clever the first time and it's so tired and predictable. Who writes your shit for you, Georgie Jessel?
You probably fantasize about being a bad ass motherfucker with a 9 milli to pop TER members who "shill" for NY Confi when in fact you're probably an acne-ridden, skinny 18 yr. old Irish kid who's watched Goodfellas too many times or has every episode of the Sopranos committed to memmory. Get out of the house. Do something with your time. Go to Times Square and wear a sandwich board shilling for Mama Leone's restaurant. It's about as close as you'll get to being a "made" man.
There sick of your incessant boasting, shilling, kaniving, backstabbing, wormy BS.
I seem to recall your doobie doobie do post about wanting info on sex clubs(see link) and when I politely said that kind of info should not be asked by or given to aliases...you broke my chops with some real wormy and snide remarks. That's not good business for our TER community pal!
I'd say its time for you to go BYE BYE.
Baddabingbingbing!
Tony, you just keep on bringing up everything I ever said in the past under an alias to make very public what was intended NOT to be attributed to me. You want to talk about a violation of ethics? If I talk about NY Confi, I'm not violating any privacy or bringing up anything you said in the past. Even to the point of posting the URL to find it. Why not respect someone's reason for using an alias in the first place. The fact that I made a mistake and revealed my true TER name and my alias doesn't serve as an invitation to do a search for everything I've ever said and bring it back up and attribute it to scriptfixer. You are a sum-sucking bottom dweller.
And obviously you didn't master the first grade curicculum The first word in your posting should be "they're" not "there."
Tony's English, he didn't notice his own mistakes. So, for the record scriptfixer, it's SCUM, not sum, and CURRICULUM, not curicculum. Is this how you "fix scripts?"
First of all, scriptfixer thinks it's no big deal if NYCon outs the name of one of its customers on TER. Then, he thinks it's no big deal if the police get the name of a customer of an escort agency. Then, he thinks it's no big deal if his name is published in a newspaper as a customer of an escort agency. And it starts with scriptfixer wanting to post on TER the name, address and telephone numbers of swing clugs in NYC and Tony bringing him up short. Sheesh--hey, Tones, fuhgeddabowdit, ya know wot I'm sayin'?
I never said it was ok if NY Confi outs the name of one of it's customers. That comment has been clairifed over and over again. And I did not say it's no big deal if the police get the name of a customer of an agency. I said they are highly unlikely to pursue prosecution of a customer if he is not on the premises of a house or MP engaging in "the act.." Legally speaking, simply written info (even a credit card draft) found at an agency could probably not be used against a john because it would be "hearsay" evidence. If there is a bar-admitted attorney reading this please clarify.
And I never said it was no big deal publishing names in newspapers. That, I feel is a violation of a Constitutional right to privacy. And like the other scum on this board you insist upon bringing up past postings under an alias and maklng them public.
I can't believe that we are still going on and on about this topic and berating or lauding agencies in general.
What really concerns me is when people start to say things that are mean spirited or person attacks. I don't think that is appropriate or benefits anyone.
I know I am not alone when I saw enough already. Let's move on.
You are quite right. Why in the world NYCon and scriptfixer/doobie brother (and hueyfan?) keep bringing up this matter, unless it is an attempt to get the historical thread removed is beyond me. Of course, TER wouldn't engage in censorship, so I'm not worried about them cutting out this thread. Unlike other lengthy threads, the information value about NYCon and its proponents is worthwhile to everyone in NYC.
And hueyfan, I have no idea who you are but I am dumbfounded that scriptfixer uses another alias --Doobie Brother--in his postings. I've heard of people who talk to themselves, but I've never heard of anyone posting as another person who agrees with himself in order to cheer himself up. So if you really and truly are another person--and not a figment of scriptfixer/Doobie Brother--my sincere apologies.
What other alias do you think I'm using?
Scriptfixer knows his models and agencies, but I'm
not as confident as he re credit cards . . .
A ground-floor, in-your-face MP in Hartford
Connecticut got taken down byLE. They say they will
pursue large number ofclients from their cc receipts.
Logic is, if they think they can"prove" the establishemnt
was a ... then "what were these clients paying for."
So don't pay w/cc's if at all possible. And don't
ignore that there HAS to be some heat leading up
to the GOPconvention. IMHO.
Thank you, Cranky. I think you should change your name from Cranky because you seem to be just the opposite. You are one of the only TER members who have defended me. But you are correct. It is my right to tell everyone how much I love dealing with NY Confi. after so many bad experiences with agencies.
I'm not forcing them to take their business to NY Confi. Nor am I being deceitful or misreprenting myself or the agency. But when people start labeling me with terms like shill that have a negative connotation, it get's my hackles up and I feel the need to defend myself. I should probably just ignore them.
When there are tv commercials with unpaid testimonials from satisfied customers who are not actors, does anyone call them shills? I still don't understand why everyone gets on my case about it. I don't lie about my experiences, I am not a paid employee of the agency, I'm just a very satisfied client. Thank you for your support SensibleAsianMan.
Just as we thought we were free from this thread--"It pulls me back in." (Thanks, Francis) You would think that NYCon and scriptfixer would realize that after a few days, the initial thread goes back more than ten pages and on the internet--whether google or TER--no goes back more than ten screens. But no. So, we must recapitulate what the initial thead was all about:
1. No one cares at all about seguy's frustration at being unable to spend $1400 for a NYCon escort. A schedule screw-up? The provider didn't like seguy? Who cares?
2. EVERYONE cared that NYCon threatened seguy with "outting" him, a fear that seguy mentioned in his original post.
3. NYCon not only twice threatened to "out" a customer, they recognized their error with the incredibly stupid theory that because NYCon is owned by a lawyer, Jason, as in Jason of the Golden Fleece [He fleeces his customers of their gold?],[Thanks, Steve Reeves], the customers of NYCon are protected by "attorney-client" privilege. Through this unique legal theory, NYCon confirmed seguy's original post that they think their customers are idiots.
4.scriptfixer, totally ignorant of the fact that there is a Republican Convention this September in NY---hey, fella, 2004 is an election year [Thanks, Federalists] ---then says that no one should be concerned how careless NYCon is with their customers names, because NY is a cosmopolitan city--like it was under Giuliani.
5. Hobbyists are rightly alarmed that NYCon--because of its careless business practices and undoubted contempt for its customers--could ruin it for everyone in NY. All predicted by seguy in his initial post--the stupidity, the carelessness, the threat, the contempt for the customer--and all CONFIRMED by NYCon in its replies.
And that's the end of the story [Thanks, Paul Harvey]
You guys are very selective in digging up what I've said in past postings. If you truly did your homework, you would have found several postings in which I GAVE A WARNING TO PEOPLE REGRDINIG THE UPCOMING REPUBLICAN CONVENTION. I MADE REFERENCE TO THE FACT IN THE PAST, REPUBLICAN GUILIANI TRIED TO SHUT DOWN ADULT ORIENTED BUSINESS SUCH AS VIDEO STORES AND STRIP CLUBS.
All the shit you try to throw at NY Confi, Jason, and me has been explained and clarified over and over again, but you thick-skulled neanderthals either just don't get it, or you have nothing better to do than harass people. Get off you high fuckin' horse and go get laid. Have any of you ever spent more than $300 on an escort. I have a feeling not.
Seems most people who work for a living would have better things to do than rehash over and over again their feelings, defenses etc. for an agency, provider, etc. This is not an attack - just an observation.
Just makes people think - this guy must have some vested interest in making such a strong defense. Also some of us out here may not have the financial resources to lay out $700 or so for an hour so - yes - we do go to your so called "dime store" providers - who provide Bergdorf service for a good price.
As in another thread - there really is no difference between those who charge $700 vs. $300 - there some stunning providers who charge around $300 who provide just as good if not better service than those who charge $700 or more.
