eros-ny.com: the first all-TS website!

Anyone noticed the "What's New" section of eros-ny.com is now almost etirely TS ads?  Real female providers aren't putting any new ads on eros-ny.  The damn thing is becoming an all-TS website!

Actually only about 30% of the ads last week were TS. Out of 80 "what’s new" ads, 25 were TS. For the whole site the ratio is about 5 to 1, there are nearly 450 normal escorts compared to about 95 TS. While your correct that we are certainly seeing an increase in TS ads they are no where near the majority yet.

Also, I made really quick counts so my calculations are just estimates.  

While TS is not what I am into, I am not against having them advertise on Eros. Live and let live I say. I just ignore their ads and keep out of that section.

Oh and yes, I have far too much time on my hands these days.

I think that there's more "new" TS listings because for the past week there are more TS's visiting.  Still, why is this a problem for you?

Eros is still the best source.  

I'm sure that this is simply a snapshot in time during which there is a higher percentage of visitng TS's than usual (or this could be usual -- none of us have counted before).  

Still, bear in mind that there are almost 500 "standard" escorts -- far more than at cityvibe or ny exotics.  There is no need for alarm.

In the end, I don't understand the intention of the initial post on this thread.  Eros is a shopping mall and contains many areas (BDSM, TS, etc.) that many of us aren't interested in. Just like there are many stores at a shopping mall that you won't go to, but appeal to others.

It's ironic that a poster on a board like this can't understand to live and let live.

I think it is a reflection of demand in NYC. I went into a porn store to buy a tape about a month ago and noticed that the TS video section had gotton huge and represented about 1/4 of the shelf space. The new TS videos were $40 while the new straight videos were $30. If you pick up the Village Voice you will see the ratio is about 3 to 1 girl to TS. Therefore, the 4.5 to 1 ratio on Euros is probably a reflection of where the market is going. Some of my friends are into TS's - however, I can't see why you would want a guy in a dress, but more and more guys are swinging that way. If your offended now just wait until next year when there are even more TS ads.
