Serafima I come from a community in east Africa where men are not circumcised. However a majority of those men are more likely to get veneral diseases especially when they have sex without condom. I made my own personal decision and went against my culture and got myself circumcised. I always make sure I clean good and keep my penis healthy. And I don't necessarily get horny that easy unless I like the woman. I am circumcised yes, and I could be with a naked woman in a room but if I don't feel her and want her like that my penis aint gonna be easily aroused. Yet we could both have clothes on but if I feel the woman am gonna get an erection very fast. So it aint a straightforward issue. However when you are circumcised you are more sensitive during the sex act and you can get ejaculation faster coz of that sensitivity.
