It was my fantasy for over 7 years, being with a very pregnant woman and I finally got to experience it a few months ago! Porn star and provider Lola Luscious came and visited my client and I and the way she described herself was "everything is just juicy."  

She delivered a healthy baby shortly after we saw her, but I'd imagine she is still lactating. The experience was awesome! Lola is Chicago based and mentioned she tours in NYC regularly.
