An RX to Viagra, Levitra, or Cialis ought to do the trick.  Homeopathic alternatives that increase Nitrous Oxide in the blood (which relaxes the artery walls body wise, including the penis).  Products that include L-Arginine (an amino acid) can be purchased in any vitamin shop or pharmacy for a lot less than the RX meds, and some claim it works just as well.  Might be worth a try before going the RX way, as those drugs are expensive, and not covered under most prescription insurance plans.
