Typically, someone with a rate in that range only sees a very limited number of clients.  Maybe 1 a day.

So, it makes sense to have that kind of price increase to cover the expense of the trip.  

If she get's it, then it's not "blonde math."  It's genius business sense.

If you don't understand that, then perhaps you are the one doing the blonde math.

She obviously believes that NYC market can support 1500/h while Denver won't.

that is what she charges.  An exmple would be Las Vegas-the economy is a mess, 30-40% of all homes are under water.  Unemployment is one of the highest in the country. So why do providers there charge 500, 600 even 1000 per hour.  Because drunk ass men go to vegas on a retreat and spend that kind of money that they would never spend back home-wherever that is.   The women there can simply get that amount so they charge it...Don't tell me the crap about cost inj NYC and so forth because you can get a hotel room for under 100 per night in vegas(maybe not at the Bellagio) but you can get one even on the strip (Imperial Palace comes to mind even though it is not to nice and I would never stay there)....The same thing applies here in the big apple...Unfortunately or not it is the case..

It's also more expensive for me to see a broadway show than it is for me to see the same show when it's on tour in some regional theater in the middle of the country.  But I am here, not there.

Here's the main point.  We are not in Denver, so her Denver rate is completely irrelevant.  She might have different pricing when she is in Europe too.  Doesn't matter even the tiniest bit.

The only thing that is relevant here is whether or not there are guys who want to see her at the rate she is charging.  If there are, then she will do well.  If not then she will have to make an adjustment.

But bitching about it does nothing except make you look like a cheapskate.

you can just go on believing that rates for those traveling to NYC is because everything costs more here and they have to increase their rates.  

Touring providers aren't staying in 5 star hotels and dining at the finest NYC restaurants.  They're booking flights and hotels with the lowest online rates.

A full day experience for $3500 is good money spent for a TER Top 20 girl in NYC  with the reviews she has.  I've never met her, but at that price, I've got a day to kill and would think it was good money spent.
