I recently started dating a delightful lady (it hasn't even been a month yet so the verdict is still out).

As a personal rule, I don't see anyone else (hobby or otherwise) when in a relationship.  If it progresses the way I think it might, I will not be as actively involved (I will try to add my thoughts for discussion).

Has anyone else found themselves in this situation?

Although a month seems way to soon...

Go where your heart takes you.

and nevermind that "thang" that pops out every then and now...morning,noon and night...winter,spring,summer,and fall...the list can go on and on...lol...although sometimes it has a mind of its own...

Cheers!

I have the same rule as yours.  But sometimes instead of giving up hobby, I gave up the relationship.  Best of luck!

Good luck to you Huey!!
You have to do what you think is right in a relationship.
Of course it's always special when your lady friend can share in some of the sexual adventures..but that appears to be a rarity!
All the best to you with your new found friend!!

Ask yourself, "What would happen if she caught you?" and decide whether she is worth stopping for.

I hope she is or will be worth it for you. From experience, I've been in relationships where she was not.

Also, if you continue, cover your tracks, no credit cards or major bank withdrawals. Watch the phone bill details too. Women have radar, even when they are not specifically looking. They are just curious, and that can get you caught.

Can anyone else help with how women find out?

Best wishes!

For me the hobby has been a substitute, not a alittle on the side? Give it all you have, and if it does not work out.The hobby will still be here.

Yes, it is very early in our relationship.  It could always go either way.

I will return to "other endeavors" if it doesn't work out.  I also use it as an alternative.

Let's just put it this way...she is bringing the hot cocoa and WHIP CREAM tonight (and whatever).

I will be sure to keep you all posted.
