Since NYC has so many KMPs, I figure I'd post this here.  I was watching a Korean Drama on hulu.com called "Gu Family Book", Episode 1; it takes place in OLD (kingdom) times in Korea.  Episode 1 is the backstory (see Wikipedia summary: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gu_Family_Book ).  Basically,  

Lord lusts after Noble's Daughter.  
Lord frames Noble for treason.
Lord kills Noble in front of Daughter.
Daughter sold to Courtesan House (old-style KMP).
Lord plans to be her first customer.
Daughter escapes so House has to dim the lights and pull a Bait and Switch.
Skip directly to the 47:30 or so minute mark and turn on English sub-titles:

"How dare you? How dare you pull a switch on me?" spoken in angry Korean!

Fortunately, NYC incall KMPs aren't as bad as that.
