I would first like to apologize for my last post regarding multiple cups. I cant be right if everyone disagrees with me. I am sorry and I hope I did not offend any our clients. I am very grateful for your business. At the time I was speaking of a small group of people. However, I had no business bringing that issue to this board. I was wrong and I am sorry.

I have decided to take the advice of two people who replied. I am changing our rates in order to accomadate everyone. At this time my webmaster is on vacation. The changes will be made this coming weekend.

She basically raised her rates, and justified it by refering to a level of service that most agreed should have been included in the old price.
