Does anyone know of a native Korean lady with near perfect English? Bilingual in the more traditional sense

Do you know if she's fully fluent in Korean? That is, grew up there and moved here, or fully grew up hhere? An event where it matters is involved.

I think she might have been born there and lived there for a little bit but IDK if she still speaks it.

Ok. Looking for someone fully bilingual, but worth checking out. She certainly looks and sounds pleasant.

I don't know either.  I would just ask her directly.
