Which boardwalk?

I am planning my first trip to the Boardwalk this September, and am confused about the geography.  I have seen ads referencing south, central, or north New Jersey, but where would the Boardwalk fit in the grand scheme of things?  Perhaps I am just not seeing the right thread or using the proper search parameters....  Any info will be appreciated!

...all of which are in South Jersey.  As far as the trip goes, Seaside Heights, Atlantic City, and Wildwood come to the top of mind.

As far as providers? Start in the Southern NJ area and ask around if they would like to meet you at the boardwalk of your choice.

I am not familiar with all the beaches and towns at the Shore so not sure which ones have boardwalks or not. South Jersey is close to Philly and maybe even Atlantic City. Central Jersey is like Princeton and all those areas and then North are the areas closest to NYC. LOL this is the best I can tell you considering I am not really from here but I have lived here for about 2 1/2 years. ;-)

most post for AC would reference AC our south Jersey.  AC is about as far south as you get.  anything in CNJ or NNJ would be some serious travel distance.  There are plenty of good providers who advertise in AC.  check with agencies, post on the board here ISO AC providers.  You will surely get some good responses.
