I know it's kinda last minute, but I've decided I wanna go to Secaucus or somewhere close in Jersey.  Does anyone have any tips on where to stay, if there's a train that goes there from Penn Station, or any other tips?  I always take the Acela from Boston to Penn Station and don't really wanna rent a car.

... but that's still a 5-min drive from the station to the hotels in the area, so I don't know if that's particularly viable.  You might be able to do some research on the hotels in the area and see if they offer shuttles to the station.  I would think it's possible.  Good luck!

There is a great hotel in weehawken that you can access from manhattan with the ferry.  The ferry will take you right to the entrance of the hotel.  You can message us for specifics, don't want to post the hotels name in the open forum.

i was planning on traveling to your lovely state of NJ in the meadowlands/sacacus area witin the next few days. Any help and suggestions of where to stay and where to avaiod woulg greatly be appreciated. i will be my first tour in that area and am very excited  to visit and  meet some fine people
