I was scheduled to come up to Edison NJ Saturday and Sunday of last week- I had just started with a new agency and was told I had appointments lined up already.. When I arrived there, I was unable to reach the head of my agency and so I checked into the hotel and waited several hours, still no word. I finally decided to leave and go back home- and then the agency head finally called me, told me to come back, and he would pay me for the appointments that I had missed and supposedly already had scheduled. I returned to the hotel and he met me in the room, so drunk he could not even walk or speak without slurring. He then told me that he did not even advertise for me and also reneged on his promise to make up for the lost appointments, making some very unprofessional comments along the way..Since it was already too late to go home, I was forced to stay the night, paying for a room that I never even used. I returned home the next day, the whole trip being a complete waste of time and money, with nothing to show for it..

The reason I am telling this story is because I want this experience to be a warning to other providers out there. I am well-known, well-reviewed, and have always made my clients happy.. To be treated so abominably by an agency has made up my mind to never join one again- I hope that if this agency reads this post that they will never again treat someone with such disrespect and dishonesty- because as we all know, what goes around come around..

To my clients in NJ who were looking forward to seeing me, I apologize- unfortunately, I was unable to meet with you because of above circumstances. I am now returning to independent status and will hopefully be seeing some of you soon. Till then, xo.

Stay independent.... it's better for someone with a repuatuion like yours.

I do not know you however not all agencies are the same .  My agency has been in business 14 years and I do not treat my girl abominably.  Good that you put this information out there so maybe clients as well as independents will stop patronizing this establishment.  Do your homewrok and do not judge all agencies in the same manner.  Sorry you had to go thru that but I am glad you posted it so other girls will see and not fall into same trap.  Regards, Jewels

Sorry to hear that happened to you.
Showing up drunk and going back on his word is despicable.
In a way it is good you know what he is like and the type of person he is, because I do not see his agency lasting very long.
