I booked what I thought would be a hot doubles session with two very pretty providers. Overall, the girls were very nice and into each other which was hot. But from the moment I arrived, they were kinda distant and one did not feel well. She basically laid on the bed the entire time (repeating that she didnt feel good and felt "lazy") as both the second girl and I "serviced" her.  

I do not know if the girl being under the weather caused the session to be underwhelming or not, but there was a lack of DFK, the lack of BBBJ, and and overall lack of chemistry made this a lackluster session.  

My question is, should I email or call the agency to inform her or the service? PM or email if you want details.

I would say yes. Let the agency know.They may do nothing, but they may give you some credit towards another double session.
If you don't ask you will never know.

Yes as 3and10 said tell the agency asap.
It is never good to wait more than a day or two.
