Well I have been cautiously going through people on Backpages for Northern NJ and I think a few too many things tip me off on a bad escort. Any advice on what to look for to find a safe choice out there? I try to review the person on TER but there are more and more girls who show up without any feedback from anyone. I even see people who will be on listings for weeks but no search results on their listing number which stays consistent across week to week. This concerns me a bit. Any suggestions  / tips?

I'd say look for girls who are are reviewed. Back page is full of scammers. I'd stick to more reputable sites and def. Check out reviews

As I'm sure you are aware, there are many guys and gals both that wish they could "lock up" the formula for posting or finding reliably safe BP ads (or those that appear safe). Unfortunately, there is no way to know who is LE and who is not for most of those BP ads.  

LOL, I bet LE would love to know how to craft a truly safe looking BP ad to lure in folks from this board. I'd be surprised if they weren't here on the boards trying to do exactly that from time to time

i always like to see multiple reviews from different reviewers over an extended period of time. if you're a VIP you can also check the reviewers for number of reviews.  to me, more reviews = safer.   TER or P411 are more reliable places to start
