Really you need top read the "Newbie Manual" link on the top of the Newbie board.  You should read back several pages on that Newbie board & scan the rest of the site.  Consider this as education necessary to participate properly.

look for:
"Well reviewed providers"
2 call system
where to call from
hobby phone
separate secure e-mail
not leaving computer tracks
expected etiquette

Once you know the lingo & understand what folks are talking about...  invest in VIP.  I know, you don't want to part with hard earned cash but believe me it is far cheaper than even one spoiled date.  Use VIP to search reviews in your local area.
