I dont want to miss the Best of Vermont's Autumn. I'm in Western Mass now, and it's at the start of the leaf turning. Not too exciting quite yet. I think fall works it's way south, so just curious, how is Vermont and NH right now? I must drive up before I miss it.

Leafs will probably fall soon

Columbus day weekend is the peak.  Not sure for 2013, but Maine was still muted this week.

Cameo, it's still a bit spotty in Central Vermont. Your best bet would be to drive up either I-91 or Route 7 (depending on where in Western Mass you are), and get into the mountains in the middle of the state. Higher elevations are very bright - lower not so much. Hope you find some nice color

Vermont and New Hampshire are starting to peak.
