Sorry to hear this. My ATF had hers cracked & never got it back. Heck, Sarah Palin got hers compromised duringthe last election. Used readily available information to use the forgotten password link. I have morphed the questions into something where I did not use the literal right info. Also use a strong P/W. Have you run virus scams on your computer(s)?
