I've done outcalls to Nantucket quite a few times. But incalls would be cost prohibitive, especially for someone like me who doesn't see more than one client per day. Even for someone more high volume, I doubt the market is there. I just checked the hotel rates for Nantucket, and prices range from $300 to over $1000 a night. I just don't see there being a large enough profit margin for such a limited location. Maybe I'm underestimating the market, but I doubt many providers would be willing to chance it.
If you're looking for an outcall though, my girls and I would be more than happy to come visit. But keep in mind that it will be substantially higher than our usual hourly rate because of the travel time and expenses involved.

Oh, well, thanks anyway for your response!  You are quite right about the cost of lodging here.
