The posters that get a number of replies often have devloped some type of connection with the board through posts or reviews.  They often give a little of themselves so others know how to respond.  This might include some discussion of what type of provider you are seeking, ie BDSM, GFE, PSE, TS, tall/short,etc.

Give the people something to work with and I have found them most helpful.

I am not a frequent poster but I recently posted regarding availability in Foxwoods and saw a number of folks read it but nobody replied? Am I doing something wrong?

Still nothing. Are there no providers in the area?

No reviews and almost no posting history make folks a little hesitant to help.  These things are your choices and nobody expects anything or is putting you down for it, but those who participate and review are far more likely to get the help they seek.

I wasn't thinking about it in those terms but totally get it. Makes sense now. I do have references and have been white listed so hopefully that will makenthe provider more secure.
