Where s a good place in RI to hang out and maybe meet a provider

...... are you trying to meet one outside of the usual channels (boards/sites like ter, eros, bp etc)?

There are lots of good providers here.  Best places are in Providence, Warwick, Newport.  I just went on 5 Tall Ships yesterday in Newport, RI, and it is a lot of fun, there are lots of bands there, food and drinks and open restaurants (outside).  The Tall Ships will be there I believe until Monday.  Go to www.oceanstatetallships.com.  There are shuttle buses runs every 15 minutes.  Check it out!  It would be good for the providers to do this too, go have fun girls!

That didn't explain it any better. What do you mean test your mood?
Are you looking to take a provider on a social date.? If so i'm sure you'll have to pay her full rate unless she states she has social only or social+private time dates.
I don't know how you're going to be a provider AND know she's a provider outside of the usual sites unless you mean a streetwalker *shrugs*.

and there are great hotels listed on hotwire for small money.  Federal Hill has a charm all it's own, and Wickenden Street is a change of pace.
Newport is just awesome, if busy this time of year.

So, you want to trek around tourist places and perhaps “bump into” an attractive provider who’ll signal you that she’s interested? That’s unlikely to happen.

Back in the old days, well before there was an Internet, guys went prowling in cocktail lounges that had a word-of-mouth reputation for attracting providers. The best of these establishments were anything but dives. A guy didn’t need lots of social graces to make a contact: subtle glances, complemented by barstool body language, were usually enough. But it was crucial to know the right establishments.

At other bars, GQ-style guys with the gift of gab and a little extra patience were picking up civvies back then almost as quickly. I heard of one such lounge in a Boston neighborhood where so-called “stewardesses” spent the overnight between flights -- just a streetcar ride from Logan. Alas, success at the civvies “game” did require having a special “knack.”  

Has the pickup lounge, in any form, survived in New England to this day? If anyone has info, please PM me.
