How do you whitelist someone?

After you have met a gentleman, that you spent some enjoyable time with, what is the process to whitelist him?

How do you.......

There USED TO be a direct link on TER's home page that would take you directly to the white list info page. I don't see it on the "new" (and improved???) homepage. The best way would be to write directly to the admin (under "contact us") and ask them.
