I am definitely game for that trip and I'm pretty sure Mocha is too

I was less than mile up/down the road on Monday from a 3.5 star for less than I paid where I was and cancelled on. Of course, I had been there 8 days prior, where I took a forward face dive and split my lip. To recover and stay in the area, I booked a room with rewards points, so not to have to worry about not being able to work. By Sunday I felt comfortable to start taking appointments the following day, I didn't think much about the hotel and I had already stopped using reward points several days earlier...just handed them my card, honestly I was probably being lazy because my room was beyond clean ( I can keep my room cleaner than housekeeping ). I also hate packing things up, especially to go up the road.
But, yes, indeed you can usually get a 3+ at a good rate, the 3.5 star would have been $30 odd less.
Also, it's good to move around. Some hotels, you quickly learn, pay n attention to what's going on. I know plenty of traveling businessmen who have to stay under a certain dollar ceiling and/or their company gets special rates at 2/2.5 star hotel chains across the country.
Believe me, I like the nicer hotels. I also know I spend more money at their restaurants than I do for the room in most instances.
If I feel safe, anyone meeting me should know it's good to go.
Erin, we should take the Downeastet up to Maine sometime, visit Penny and...get 'er done lol!
