I am not at all sure where to stay when I go to Hartford.  Can you help?

Hartford is blessed with two interstates transecting the city.
No matter what suburb of Hartford you eventually pick, naturally just advertise it as Hartford, CT.
There a are a dozen surrounding towns, and all of us guys from this area know any surrounding suburb can be reached pretty darn quickly.

downtown Hartford, east hartford a few mins away or 20mins or so north in the Windsor Locks area.  I'd probably split time in say east hartford and windsor locks if you're going to be around there more than like 3 days....i plan to be in the hartford area about a week myself.
