Be honest if you list things you like outside the hobby. For instance do say you run marathons and train rigorously if you are overweight. It destroys credibility if you meet someone. Or indicate you are attending college and your website contains that information beyond a given number of years.
Pictures should not have a background that shows an unmade bed, etc., be classy.
