I hope your getting the most outta the lovely sunshine we've had lately  
   I'm still pretty pale, but might just lay out a bit this weekend.....as you can see I've dug out my favorite pink bikini.

Sooooo what to do -what to do, well I feel like I just haven't had enough stretching time lately ....

You know with the increased summer activities we've all got to do our stretches maybe you'd like to join me?

Well whatever it is you'd like to do, I'm sure it's just what I need
 (when I'm ever stressed I like 2 get lost in activities that take me outta my brain for a while,
 that's not to say I lose my mind when it's fun, fun time but u know, I just tune into more tactical sensations rather than cerebral things)  
               Anyway -works like a charm.
