Yeah, we tried three days ago haven't heard anything back from TER. :/

Do it from the report a problem section here. The email thing takes a while.

another thing to try is send an email from the email address she uses in her ad or on her website so that it connects the add to the review to her. I hope that made sense.

Thanks, yeah we have done both still nothing. I know it only took mine two days to latch on.
