I think Knots is right but TER might say that if the thread is still on the same page then you shouldn't start a new one. Also, I think the default view now is that if you update your existing thread, it will move to the top of the page.

I don’t see any rule that says a provider can’t have more than one ad on the first page, as long as the “no more than one ad per 7 days” rule is followed.
I’ve seen more than one ad by the same provider on the first page, especially when there aren’t many ads posted.

You can do both if you want Sometimes using that older ad and posting a new pic on it will reach the right people. It is fine to be on the same page as your last ad as long as it is 7 days old. I think this way too though, and sometimes end up waiting 10-13 days before a 2nd ad since the first ad is so close to the top. Totally up to you! XO
