I don't see a way to change the settings to do this; what am I missing?

Its your settings probably , I'm not having any issues on both android and my iPhone
However on my desktop  it's missing some code on FF :/
FF always has issues with HTML php etc.

What browser are you using?
I noticed it shows darker on chrome  :/ that's the hardest part when building
websites, have to make sure it functions on ALL browsers

Hard to read- extremely light colors and such.
I am in safari- I have to adjust the viewing size each time i log-in.

I my opinion- it sucks.  too bad we don't have an option, like yahoo- use the traditional or the "new and not improved"

It's just a lot easier to use.

I think the 'Quote' option is pretty annoying. When people are having a conversation they don't quote what the other person just said and then reply with their comment.

I find that the classic 'Mad Red Face' is much more convincing and menacing. The new one just looks like a cutesy horny devil.

I can't see it on my phone either.  That will make TER about 50% less useful for me.

New format is OK.  But go back to chronilogical order.

Way too many mouse clicks to read discussion threads and I have no idea what topics are new - - there's going to be a lot of posts lost because they aren't in order.

I don't like it, and if it stays like this, I won't use it.

...click on the search button (like you would search for a post). The search button is next to the "Top 10 Poster on This Board" button, and leave the search for field empty and hit search.

The results are sorted by date and if you click on a thread, it will show all threads in one page just like the "View All" button.

Hope this helps as a temporary workaround until they come up with a fix.

I'll throw my $.02 in here as someone who reads the board a lot more than they post. This is terrible. Not only is it hard to find and track the threads but the design is awful. So much wasted space and ugly color choices. The powers that be are free to do whatever they would like with this place, but I think many will find it much more difficult to use leading to less and less usage.

All looks and no action.  Just like a stripper turned escort.  8 for looks and a 6 for performance, and she's so stuck on herself she's not likely to change.

Thank you, Miss Laura.  The classic site is MUCH, MUCH more user friendly and lists threads in a logical, chronologic order. Jeez, with the new site, some yahoo could bring back an irrelevant post from 2002 and have it take top spot, driving down the newer, relevant posts and newer provider ads!
